Here’s another fun craft kit available for free at your local JCPenney. On April 9 between 11 AM and 12 PM, you can stop in with your family to participate in this month’s kids’ craft event!
Your kids will get a free craft kit with everything they need to make and decorate their very own fun Tropical Wreath.
