Have you heard of the Canadian Garden Route? It’s not a route in the traditional sense, rather, a comprehensive collection of Canadian gardens and garden experiences. Due to travel restrictions and social distancing guidelines, these beautiful gardens haven’t been getting the attention they deserve, but you can enjoy them through a series of free guided tours presented by the Canadian Botanical Garden Society in collaboration with the Canadian Garden Council.

The Virtual Garden Presentation Tours will continue with a visit to Jardin Botanique de Montréal / Montreal Botanical Garden hosted by Directrice Anne Charpentier on Thursday, August 26, 2021, from 7-8 pm EDT.

The Jardin Botanique de Montréal is home to 22,000 plant species and cultivars across 10 exhibition greenhouses, 20 thematic gardens, and the beautiful Frédéric Back Tree Pavilion. It’s located just minutes from downtown Montréal,  near local landmarks like the Biodôme and Olympic Park.

If you’d like to attend this event, you can register on the Eventbrite page.
